The experience couldn't have better, from the very helpful member of staff who took my order over the phone to the exceptional lorry driver who delivered the slabs. Very helpful, nothing to much trouble and had a smile on his face - Bristol Depot
Really nice products on display and they did a cracking deal on our patio packs with a quick delivery
Very helpful and full of knowledge, very tiedy and clean
Avoid-I have a couple of thousand sq.ft. of their concrete slabs around my house. Bought from Failand about 10 years ago. They are not frost proof and gradually crumble to dust after about 6 -10 years. When contacting the company they just refer you to the statute of limitations and say that because the products were supplied more than 6 years ago it's not their problem. Now replacing using a natural stone. Expensive mistake.
