Good experience overall the only issue was having two different chairs when got home from the warehouse where I picked them up. In retrospect it worked out for us since the "rogue" chair that was picked up that didn't match the other one ended up being the one we wanted in the first place. The price went up by 25/chair but felt fortunate that the branch store had another one that matched the type and the color. Beyond this the branch manager had it delivered to our house which saved me a trip plus the install. Very pleased with that particular aspect of the sale. Most importantly the chairs are very comfortable and better than the ones we replaced them with.

Edit: I definitely went to this store. Its really weird that the owner replies to all negative reviews as "spam". That goes to show the maturity of the owner of this store and my first comment was spot on, rude staff. How about learn how to take constructive feedback to improve? Clean your store. -- Don't go here - poor customer service, dirty furniture. There are better options nearby.

The salesman was polite and helpful. The service was great. The product however is a bit substandard. The love seat my husband and I use already seems to be breaking down. The cushions already show the imprints of where we sit. My back hurts if I'm in it too long and it's not as comfortable as I expected. I'm thinking of returning it and just getting a couple of recliners. The couch is fine as we dont use it very much at all. Service was 4 quality of product 2
