Cashew catered for 95 people at our wedding and were excellent. The food was imaginative, very tasty and looked beautiful. They were professional and obliging from the start, making interesting menu suggestions and also responding to particular requests. We had quite a few guests who were unfamiliar with and skeptical of vegan food. Far from not enjoying it, so many guests commented on how delicious the food was and that the canapes were the best they had ever had! It's lovely for me to hear so many people say that they would now consider going vegan for a day a week. Finally, I'd like to thank Cashew for their excellent service. They had to cater in a barn with very limited resources and a failing light supply. Despite these challenges, they were gracious, cheerful and thoughtful throughout the whole event. I would definitely recommend them.

John from Cashew Catering created an amazing menu for our hen party event, with delicious and inventive vegan recipes that left us all impressed and inspired. Everyone had fun following the recipes with lots of support and guidance throughout from John, so that everything we made turned out perfect. I would absolutely recommend Cashew Catering for any event where you are looking to create a tasty, exciting and healthy feast to enjoy with friends and family.
This place is a wonder. i found them running the kitchen up at The Royal Oak in Bacombe (thursday nights) and the food was next level. Presented nicely with fresh local ingredients. Speaking To John the Head Chef, they also do takeaways so check them out!!!
