Mid afternoon, I Searched on-line, found & paid for what I was looking for (Bluray player). I live 200 miles away from shop. It arrived on my doorstep 11am the next day. Outstanding service! Thanks to all at Borehamwood store.
Brilliant service, great advice
Bought an item by post. Excellent price but there was a problem with delivery which the shop refused to sort out. By law it is their responsibility to sort out delivery problems which is why they accepted money to cover delivery. If the item isn't delivered they haven't completed their part of the contract. Contacted customer service but never did get a reason as to why they shirk their obligations simply got a bland statement suggesting that shop would be informed of my dissatisfaction. Fortunately the item did arrive eventually but beware of distance buying from this store and, judging by reviews on other forums, from this company in general who don't seem to feel that their obligations under the law are anything to worry about.
Disgusting shop and Unprofessional!!!! for a two days late for my item cos was a weekend the sell my staff!!!! Disgusting people !!!proper scams!!!!
