If I could choose no stars I would,ordered a skirt online in black but received grey, had to wait in line,no apology whatsoever was told they’re very busy,so is every other school shop,when I asked if they could change it to black while I waited in line I was told no, I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and cannot stand for long periods,the skirt and the invoice note was snatched off me by the so called manager and thrown in the corner of the shop, was then told if something is brought online they cannot refund it till later that day,never heard of that before!!!,so I have no refund and no proof that I purchased item in the shop,really need lessons in customer service as clearly there isn’t any. *update* after several times trying to communicate with the store by email and continually having the phone picked up then put down,I still haven’t received confirmation that a refund has been processed,although it was reassured it would be done the same day,lack of communication is absolutely appalling,I only ordered from here as my local shop at the time had run out of stock of what was needed,but hence never again,no organisation or professionalism whatsoever thank goodness the school shop in Dartford is ran with organisation and amazing customer service.
I placed an order 2 months ago and I still have no answer or my items. The money were took from my account but I didn't received what I ordered. On top of that, I try to call, email, text and no answer.
Very slow delivery of things. We had to chase the school uniform several times. It came far too late for the start of the school year.
