They have very high-quality bikes. If that is what you are looking for, this is the place to go. They also carry all the accessories you could ever need; backpacks, locks, helmets and all. Friendly staff too. They really took care of me and I highly recommend them.

Frustrated with the MobiCascais App, my wife and I found this shop nearby. Despite a busy tourist day, we were able to quickly rent two bikes for my wife and myself. We got great recommendations on some great spots to visit (as this was our first visit to Cascais). Our return was quick and prices very reasonable. English was good to great and made for a fantastic and scenic day.

I had a bad experience in May 2019 with the workshop man who adjusted the derailleur on my MTB. He was very ill-tempered and rude in manner! At the time, I thought maybe he was having a bad day and tried to forget it. A simple adjustment was needed and he told me it would cost 10-20 Euros. When I collected the bike it was Euro 20. The actual adjustment was made well and competently I must add. I went again in October with a brand new bike, and asked the workshop man for an idea of cost to adjust the brakes and gears from their rough factory settings. The workshop man was very abrupt and rude in manner again! He would not give a price, told me to leave the bike, and said maybe 30, 40 or more Euros. It was a new bike and he could see what was needed, but appeared to want the chance to try to charge me as much as he could get away with. I asked for a maximum price and he refused, was dismissive, and rude. I had to back my bike out of the workshop and leave the awful atmosphere. As a foreigner here, I've found it is very rare to encounter an unpleasant and rude Portuguese person. It's generally a gentle, polite culture. The man who tends the shop counter seems OK, but the workshop man clearly has problems. Ele e muito antipatico. It's a shame as it is my nearest bike shop and I've three MTB's needing work. Asking around, it seems he is known to be expensive and short-tempered. Best AVOID.
