This is my first year engaging the services of a dog walking company. Healing my fractured ankle took much longer than anticipated and my dogs were missing our walks. It was hard for me to imagine trusting someone else with my dogs. After watching Kay and her crew with my dogs, I trust their skills implicitly. My dogs love Kay and her crew! They watch out the window for her and are so happy after their walks. I receive an email after their walks if I am not home, letting me know all is well. Scheduling and payments have been easy and we're in a regular routine of weekly walks now. What a huge relief to know my dogs are under excellent care when I am working a long day! They are absolutely the best at taking care of my two pups! With traveling for weeks at a time, I can relax knowing that my fur babies are being given top notch care with plenty of hugs and kisses! The updates and photos sent by the staff keeps me in the loop that they are doing well. As for the staff, they are all wonderful, trust worthy and are all round nice people! Thank you for providing my dogs such fabulous care!
I feel so thankful for Kay and her entire team! My husband and I work long weeks with long commutes and sometimes unpredictable schedules. The Zoo Crew team always works with us to make sure our dog, Murphy is taken care of. I love the daily emails and pictures too. It’s a true blessing knowing your pet is in such good hands! I’ve recommended to friends who feel the same.
Kay and her team are outstanding! This is our first puppy and we've been so grateful for all of their advice and help during our journey of becoming dog owners. We've used Cascade Canine for dog training and ongoing walking services. Our puppy LOVES Kay and we fully trust her and her team when they are in our home. Highly recommend.
