Completely unresponsive! I’ve been trying to book a for almost two weeks. I reached out for info, received 1 email reply with prices, responded with wanting to book, got no reply, called multiple times left voicemails throughout the week. Finally I received a voicemail an entire week later which she was requesting additional information to which I replied same day..3 days later here we are with NO REPSONSE!! I even had my friend reach out and left a voicemail with out a response as well. Just horrible business. I saw good reviews which is why I inquired so not sure why my experience was like this. Luckily I found Rockin Star Ranch, booked and paid deposit all on first phone call.

From first contact to last, Pony Passion is professional, friendly and responsive. We had a beautiful “unicorn”, Sugar, at my daughter’s 8th bday party and she was a huge hit. My daughter’s eyes lit up! Sugar’s handler was wonderful! She made the big reveal super easy and she was fantastic with all the kiddos. Thank you so much Pony Passion! We will be in touch for another party very soon!
Had them out to the house yesterday for my daughters birthday party and it was fantastic. They showed up on time and were very nice. All the kids got to ride the pony twice and the pony was very nice and well mannered we had no issues.
Most professional and best quality .... you get what you pay for... great safety record too
