I have to rate my overall experience a 4/5. The constituency plan put in place to service driver applicants due to Covid-19 deserves a 5/5. Have your documents in order before you go to the DMV and know what you want done. Some applicants think the DMV personnel have all day just to focus on them. It makes the process run smoothly. The DMV personnel are doing and outstanding job.
Had a great experience transferring a car title over the phone and online Five Stars to Aristotle O. A week later, I'm trying to transfer a golf cart title. After 3 phone calls, 21 min wait( then were disconnected), 27 min wait, 15 min wait to find out I had to make an appointment! 3 different stories on what documents I needed to transfer the title. Whew!
Staff is very helpful. If you have an appointment. Other then that, it's your typical MVD.
I have a bad knee and ended up having to stand in line for around 2 hours to get service and could hardly walk when I was through. We are given numbers, so I don't understand why they can't have chairs spaced at safe distances. I guess I could have brought my own chair if I had known.
