Quality products and great value. Bought dining chairs and they are excellent quality. Communication with customer service is also first class. Highly recommended!

Really disappointed with my tv stand. Poor communication about delivery, and when it finally arrived it was full of chips in the wood which I will have to fill and restain somehow. The stain on the inside is very patchy and almost missing in some places. For the price, this is definitely not worth it as I would have expected better quality and customer service. I won’t be shopping here again. If I could be bothered to liaise with customer service to send it back I would but the hassle of even getting it delivered was a nightmare so I dread to think what it would be like to get this item returned and refunded. Very poor workmanship on this.

What a fantastic company. We purchased a stunning mango sideboard. We had a small issue with the door after the timber expanded. Casa Bella sent someone up to get it, took it back re-hung the door and sent it back to me. Honestly the best service I have had from a furniture company. Great communication throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our Imari furniture. Each item was very well packaged. The delivery men friendly and careful delivering the large, heavy boxes into my home. Upon unpacking and inspection, no damage or faults. The furniture was well priced, competitive and of good quality, as described. We are very pleased with our new furniture and would not hesitate to recommend you.

Absolutely delighted with both the furniture and the excellent customer service I received from Casa Bella.I was contacted by phone and then sent photos of an alternative when the original colour I'd chosen for my dining set proved unavailable and also told I could return it if I didn't like it.In the event,I loved the alternative! Steve,the delivery man,was wonderful-helpful,friendly and a credit to the company,even disposing of packaging for me.A great company with whom to do business.Many thanks
