Beautiful course in Cary. What a cool way to utilize a donation of land from the Pro RRR company and family who donated the land. All par threes except for 13, extremely well maintained and marked. Highly recommended playing the course. Posting all tee boxes and hole picture layout. Enjoy and thank you to all that maintain this course!

First-time visitor to this conservation area. So speaking as a first-time visitor, I would suggest adding numbers on the guide posts to corresponding numbers on an updated trail map. Other conservation areas have numbers on the guide posts that correspond to the trail map (Glacial, Pleasant Valley). It would make it easier to learn the trails to have these visual reference points. Of course using my phone’s GPS is an option. However, I enjoy my hikes technology free, as much as possible. This is a scenic conservation area, offering hilly terrain, wide paths, charming ponds, waterfalls, bridges, and ideal locations for picnics. Despite the area’s proximity to road traffic, it is wonderfully peaceful and serene. The history of this property is also a very interesting story. You can read all about it when you visit! McHenry County Conservation Areas are such treasures to experience and protect!

One of my favorite places to get into nature. Gorgeous lake and ponds. Very pretty scenery and well marked trails. If you go to the east entrance, go left at the main trail and then take the first connecting trail, you'll end up at a gorgeous little pond with benches.

Not at all crowded and my favorite place to take the kids for exercise during the pandemic. There's a few geocaches here as well. A hidden gem

This is a great course. Nice astroturf pads and the holes are all kept nice. The wooded areas are not too thick, nor is the tall grass. Makes it easy to find your disc on those windy days. There's some nice elevations as well, not just all flat ground. I'll definitely be back.
