I brought in some hats to have my company logo stitched on. Terrific work! Turn around time was 3 days, couldn't be more happier! Highly recommend! Shop Local!

I was making a table runner for a friend’s wedding, and needed their name and wedding date embroidered on it. I needed it fast, and they got it to me even quicker than what they had initially told me. I will definitely use them in the future!

Loved my experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was also very pleased with how everything turned out--quality work! I needed my project completed by a certain date, and I accidentally gave them the wrong deadline. Katherine was so sweet to expedite my order! Loved working with her! If you're looking for monogramming services, this place will not disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

I love downtown Cary and I always try to support local businesses, which is why I am disappointed writing this review. I bought a brand new denim jacket and brought it to EBM to get the back embroidered for my wedding. When I went to pick up the jacket the writing was vinyl pressed on, rather than embroidered as my order slip indicated. I understand that people make mistakes, but it was the way the mistake was handled that has me writing this review. While picking up my jacket I asked why it was not embroidered. I was told that the artist who worked on the jacket did not realize her mistake until it was too late, yet no one mentioned it to me, rather they just tried to pass it off as what I had ordered. I was told the only way to fix it would be to put a patch of material over the entire back of the jacket and start again...which was definitely not a look I was going for. The owner tried to convince me that the jacket looked better this way with the vinyl press, and then charged me full price for the botched job. I left very frustrated but quickly turned around and went back in. I told the owner this was not what I had ordered and asked if she could make me a new one and pay for the cost of a new denim jacket (since I had purchased this one specifically for this). After much hesitation she offered to SPLIT the cost of a new jacket with me, telling me she just had to pay for a whole new batch of shirts that another artist had messed up that day. I was appalled, honestly, as that is not my problem and does not mean I shouldn't be reimbursed for the mess up on my own jacket. A few days later I went back in to just call it a loss and be refunded for the work that had been done, which the owner did agree to. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
