I ordered some Epson printer ink in the summer at a good price. The next day they rang to say they were actually out of stock, but could offer me compatible cartridges at half the price, so I could have 2 for 1, or wait for the Epson ink to come in. I was a bit dubious, but thought I'd give them a chance as they reassured me I could have a refund if they were no good. Well, much to my surprise, these cartridges are not only comparable, but better! For years I've grumbled that I have to clean the nozzles on my inkjet printer if I haven't used it for more than 2 weeks, but these inks are working beautifully with no messing around even after not using the printer for months, so it was the Epson own brand that was clogging the machine! Thanks to the folks at Cartridge Land. Not only were you honest and helpful, but managed to save me money, time and patience! I will definitely be buying from these guys again!
Excellent customer service. Although my printer couldn't use the cartridges I purchased (through no fault of Cartridge Land), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The issue was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and a refund was promptly issued. Really nice people to deal with. Highly recommended.
Just purchased a Brother Printer from a different company. As black ink was expended, I ordered a complete set from Cartridge Land. Extremely competitive price. The following day the owner of C.L came and replaced the toner for me. Furthermore coached me how to do it. Beat that service.
