Please do not use this company! After a year of giving JANICE (in particular) great service and business she suddenly began to forget my orders. I waited two months to receive 1 printed shirt because she kept forgetting, which is understandable because I understand we’re human and it was 1 shirt but for me to call several times in a two month time span and to basically beg her to make the shirt, is ridiculous! So months later I decided to give her another chance. I asked for two printed shirts on a Wednesday. I knew that she was forgetful so I followed up with her two days later to be sure she ordered the shirts. She confirmed on that Friday that she did (lie). She said the shirts would be ready Monday (another lie), I called her the following Wednesday she says “ohh prepare to pick them up Friday (lie)!” I call Friday and she says I said you were in line (lie). So long story short I finally got the shirts today (3 weeks later) when organized she stated it would be a four day turnaround. I ordered the shirts December 3 and today is December 23. She’s horrible! Personally I think it’s a race thing but that’s just my opinion. Hope this helps you make your screen printing decision!

I WENT TO IMAGE SCREEN PRINTING AND WINDOW TINT TO GET MY WINDOWS TINT I WAS VERY PLESED IN HOW WELL IT TURNED OUT. THE OWNERS MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY, I WILL RECOMMEND IMAGE SCREEN PRINTING AND WINDOW TINT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ANYTIME I LOVE HOW PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSION THEY REALLY ARE...I'M HIGHLY SATIFIED..

We waited a month for screen printing for shirts for our family business. I was in no rush initially. But there was no communication regarding progress. I emailed asking for an idea of how long it would take, no response. I called and was told they would be done in a week. A week passed and no update. I waited another week and went into the store, I was told they were working on them and they would be done by close of business that day. No call. I waited another week and went in to see what was going on. I was told AGAIN they would be done that day. I finally just asked for my shirts back. They had not even been removed from the bag I dropped them off in. Initially, I was pleased with the design. But was disappointed with getting the run around especially after being understanding and patient. We understand sometimes things happen that can cause customer inconvenience. If I was offered an apology or even a discount for the inconvenience, I would have been willing to do business with this company.

I originally tried to order xmas stuff for my son, the 17 of December knowing it was very close to xmas I was surprised when she said she could have it ready .. it is the 8th of January and I'm still waiting after being told 3 different times on when it'll be done .. very unprofessional and completely unorganized 10 out of 10 would not recommend
