You begged for me to take out my review in May and that you will return our money which you’ve returned 500 out of 900 of it in cash. However, we’re yet to receive the balance of 400 pound. GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY. It’s been five months now since you came with me to the bank and collect my/our money cash in hand. Your treat messages to my husband saying you will get legal advise doesn’t frighten me.

We called up about having the top of our stairs repapered and painted. A guy came out for a quote the same day and seemed very charismatic and enthusiastic. He also offered a price less than half of other quotes we'd had and said he could start the next morning. He asked for a 100 deposit, as well as 20 upfront for materials and the use of our wallpaper steamer which seamed suspicious. Despite all of this and the dodgy reviews we decided to accept and transferred the 120. Come the next day he didn't turn up and when we called he gave a poor excuse about not having the materials but promised the next day he'd be there. The next day was another poor excuse. At this point we demanded our deposit back which then took another two weeks of poor excuses and verbal abuse in phone calls to actually be transferred back. TL;DR DO NOT hire this decorator service unless you want your time wasted, weeks of false promises and genuinely sociopathic behaviour!
