I bought a car almost 2 years ago now, upon buying it the radio display was broken and it was agreed it had purchased with a faulty screen. They agreed to fix it and made one attempt at a replacement but after that did not work I was assured they would purchase another replacement, however after near 2 years now and no recent efforts to fix it or return my calls. I think it’s safe to say they have no intention of sorting it.

Good thing about choosing Cartec when buying a used car is that I can rest safe in the knowledge that should anything go wrong I will be looked after. Always a pleasure to deal with and 100% recommend them to everyone.

Just had a diagnostic and a major service with them. Very professional and quick to identify the problem with the car, and very fair in telling me what's wrong with it. Although i asked about other possible problems (identified as advisory by a less honest garage in the past), they checked them out and reassured there is nothing to fix now, so I am confident to say they run a fair business. Also, had to replace back tyres, and they were happy to fit them in the front, and have the front ones fit to the back (FWD car) at no extra cost. Overall, very happy with them and i would recommend!
