We have never had a bad experience here! The servers are always attentive and the food is always amazing! Valet service is 12 (minus tip) which is great, especially during the cold months. If you wish to just sit at the bar, I highly recommend either a Cosmopolitan or Dirty Martini with Blue Cheese stuffed olives. Dangerously tasty :) Carson's will always be one of our go-to restaurants!

Went here for my girlfriend's birthday on 12/30/20 with some friends and had an amazing overall experience. The manager who greeted us was super friendly and answered all our initial questions before being seated. Our server was great, food menu selection, prices, and quality was all on par. The waiter was fun and played along with some of the shenanigans we were doing with the birthday celebration and ended with an amazing dessert the table was able to split. Glad we were able to finally be able to experience this place after everyone being around MKE forever and still never going here. Will 100% be back next time we're back from TX!
I had a great time at this place. We liked the extraordinary environment and the food. The waiters are super friendly. I’m content we ultimately decided to visit this place.
Service was pleasant but the food is definitely overrated i ordered the encrusted pork chop it was literally burnt the salad and water were the best part of my meal
Visited this gem on a special occasion! Staff was above and beyond friendly. Atmosphere was clean and organized. Even the social distanced tables were perfect. The environment was very clean and the food was astonishing! We tried so many dishes to explore the menu! I would recommend this extraordinary restaurant to anyone!
