This place was wonderful. My wife and I were en route from Starved Rock to Aurora looking for a nice establishment open on New Year's Day. They were open. We had never been in the town before. It was great! The people who worked there were incredibly nice. The beer selection was wonderful and the food was far, far, far better than you would expect from \bar food\. This place is definitely worth a stop! We will be back!

Service was pretty good. I actually ended up having pot roast nachos which easily competes with restaurant quality. Probably would've gotten 5 stars outside of restrictions
My Filet Mignon Sandwich was delicious. My wife's comment regarding her order of fried chicken: it was crispy outside and tender inside, but needed more seasonings. Serve was friendly, but a little bit slow. Would recommend.
One of my favorite bars. The beer list is huge. All kinds of different brews. The food is always good. Big menu. Love it.
