For the past 3 years I have ordered your Xmas holiday chocolate for 12 or more of my clients. This 2020 yr, I used my saved mailing list and ordered 12 more gifts. Unfortunately, I made a mistake somewhere in this difficult process and ordered the 1st client 12 boxes. All others were to be sent one box. I immediately tried to correct it -- no way-- and contact See's by phone. I spent 4 hours on hold separate calls to be disconnected. I tried 2 site help messages with no response, I left 2 call back requests with no response. WARNING WARNING -- SEE'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A USELESS WASTE OF TIME. They are really slipping and will lose business. I will cancel the charge once it clears and will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.”
Just be aware the prices per pound aluminum 0.30 for any metal 0.34 cents is not worth it.. very cheap and I live 30 minutes away
