The chicken po boy was delicious especially the bread. My husband & I enjoyed the dirty rice. The Louisiana bowl beans were kinda hard & dry but I put some of my touch to it & enjoyed. My husband's surf & turf was okay. The food is a little on the pricey side but overall not bad food.

The worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Horrible customer service. My order was incorrect. I called them and they told me to come back. The guy, who claimed to be the owner, refused to redo the order when I came back. He stated he would give me some sides to correct it. At this point, the food is cold and its not what I ordered.. I stated that he couldn't be serious and he laughed in my face. I'll NEVER eat at any of their locations. I am boycotting Orleans & York!!!
Had a hour break for lunch, picked up a Po Boy, it was Great
the food is without a doubt amazing. The only reason this is getting 4 stars and not 5 is as follows. The mumbo jumbo platter has always been served in a big round deep dish, however today it was given to me in a small container... and was charged the same price. I asked the lady at the register why the small container and what happened to the big one and she said \we haven't used those in over 4 yrs\. I told her I have pictures of the last time I was here which was a few months ago and I got the big round bowl... she said she just ignored me!!! To Orleans and York... if you are going to start giving smaller portions how about fixing the price. Stop charging 17.50. Also, I pointed out that the menu said 16.50 for the platter and was still charged 17.50. Please fix and address the issues.
