ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS! Honest, knowledgeable and fair. Did I mention honest? Clean facility, great employees and reasonable rates. They kept me in the Loop at all times. Su was great. He really kept me in the loop ion the repairs that were being done on my car. They replaced a drive axle and stabilizer arm on my Mercedes-Benz E-Class and also changed the oil and did a State Inspection. Friendlier, faster, and a much better value than the dealer. I will never go anywhere else!

Car wouldn't start, so I called Midway and had the car towed here, they were happy to help and quoted me a great price on a new alternator and starter. However when they noticed the wiring on the old alternator was the problem they just repaired it without installing a new one. That level of honesty deserves 5 stars on its own. But they also gave me a good deal on the starter and quickly fixed a few other small issues for me as well. Definitely recommend bringing your car here if you want honest straight forward work.

Every single time I come here they take very good care of me! They keep me informed and aware of what’s going on with my car. Their hours work best for my work schedule so I prefer them over other shops as well as Sewell. They do get super busy so make sure you call well in advance. Thank y’all for taking good care of me!
Man, was I a satisfied customer. Brought in my e92 335is. Shaking on idle and when I decelerate, and after a quick and efficient diagnostic, turns out it was my turbochargers. Midway went ahead and replaced them and now it runs better than ever. From walking in through the front door to leaving the garage, service was immaculate. Thank you midway, well deserved 5 stars.
