Took my son's tablet to get repair, parts needed to be order, but process went smooth. I loved the service and price was great, charged me less than 50 dollars! I had asked for prices at other repair stores and the price was ridiculously expensive. Strongly recommend

Took them 3 days to fix my ipad 2 apparently. I dropped it off and they said it will be ready in the next day at 2pm. So 12:00/12:30 rolls by the next day and they call me telling me that something else is wrong with my ipad and the total is going to 120 but I bought a case a new screen and that other issue boosted it up to 120 but apparently they didn't fix it because my ipad randomly closes the apps and opens it but I didn't get charged 120 they charged 92.00 and some odd change. They said they will call me and they never did I called back and they where closed for the day. So I call back the 3rd day and they said they had to leave it to dry because the glue needed to dry. Idk how other people get thier items replaced same day within minutes but it takes mine 3 days to get fixed. Very annoyed that the lack of communication was handled poorly.
