Opening times not great. Staff encouraging to use machine in branch for transactions. I like to deal with people. Only take 5 bags of change per day so had to make 3 trips to complete lodgement. Surely with COVID better to have me in once rather than 3 times. Handy to lodge cash at atm when branch is closed.

Opening hours are just not ideal for any person really and I would say a good 70% of times I go to use the machine the envelope deposit isn’t available. HOW CAN I PAY IN MOMEY?

Still opening hours cut from 10am - 2pm and now closed on Saturdays, yet other banks in Carrickfergus opening until 4-30 Monday to Friday.
