Carrabba's Italian Grill

I visited this restaurant for the first time just two nights ago, and was very happy I did. My server (Annie) was helpful and attentive, and the chicken soup was delicious along with the little loaf of warm bread (the softened butter was a great touch, but there was also olive oil for dipping.) I also enjoyed the chicken Marsala, but plan to return to try some of the other things, such as a pasta or a steak - the food being grilled smelled so good even outside, which was a nice preview.

The heat wasn't working. They let you know that it wasn't when you first walked in. However, we had such a long day and just wanted to eat so we stayed. Our waitress Sophia M. was beyond amazing. She was so sweet and went above and beyond. The food was perfect. Their spicy chicken soup is a must try! The service was phenomenal. My young one was so impressed by her so he left her a note. Keep up the amazing food and service. We will be back.

Terrible experience, I was there for Valentines day and the whole experience was the worst ever! Dirty beer glass, warm beer! Waiter bumped into me and there was broken dishes everywhere. Food all over the floor and my clothes. No apology from anyone. Manager never even bothered to check on our table. I would probably never go back...

Very warm and pleasant environment. Staff was friendly, polite, and delivered great service. The food was great at a reasonable price. It was also very clean with some social distancing guidelines in place.

WAITSTAFF IS FRIENDLY WITH GREAT SERVICE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT... A LITTLE OFFENDED THAT THEY SENT US A TEXT FOR WHEN A TABLE WAS AVAILABLE BUT NEVER TOLD US WE HAD TO WAIT IN OUR CAR OR OUTSIDE OR THAT THEY'D TEXT US... ALSO, I HAD SAID I WANTED THE BAR AREA NOT THE SIT DOWN AREA & WHEN A TABLE WAS READY THEY SAID WE COULD BE SEATED UNTIL I TOLD THEM THAT'S NOT WHAT WE WANTED & WE PATIENTLY WAITED... OTHER THAN THAT ALL GOOD
