I m also agree with that managers and staff are not friendly and helpfull. I also have a issue with my carpet and vinyl from last couple of month but no body help us even when we call they swearing on us i hope the owner of this company might notice this and sort it out in a good way and quickly.

Falkirk store manager is lacking any customer service skills. My mother in law who is 70 and has serious health conditions had lino fitted in her kitchen and the fitter disconnected her gas cooker without her knowledge. She then had to pay 54 from her pension to get it reconnected. I contacted the store manager on her behalf and I am totally disgusted by the way he spoke to me. He also spoke to my mother in law in the same tone. Would NEVER buy anything from this company. STAY WELL CLEAR. Will be posting on other review sites as I would not like some else to be treated the way that I was. If possible I would give no stars

Totally agree with no managment or people skills. Wouldnt buy anything from this company ever after my dealings with them in store. The guy my wife talked to for 2 mins while i was browsing was a total sleaze towards my wife and felt she had to leave. Dont even deserve 1 star
Twice now they have meant to have came out to measure For new stair carpet and vinyl , never phoned to say it’s been cancelled had to phone them To find out , had my stair carpet lifted as they said it would get laid few days later After measuring was going be done now there saying haven’t got the staff to come measure and Said god knows when they will have time to come out to be honest so that’s not good , now stuck with a autistic 4 year old no stair Or hall carpet carpet and having to search for new carpets and vinyl from somewhere else which all will take morep time
