Waited 4 months after paying for vinyl for it to be fitted. Everything they could have messed up they did. So I was left with bare floorboards in the kitchen for over 3 months. Submitted a complaint a month ago and still no proper response. Their products are cheap, and so is their customer service!

Very pleasant experience.Staff very friendly and helpful from Store Manager to assistant who did the paperwork and the young lad who cut the cushion floor who brought it out and offered to take it to our car.Will be back again.
