I was struggling to get a carpet during lockdown, a quick look on ther website and a phone call later and I was collecting my lovely carpet all within 40 minutes. Very impressed

Eventually choose carpets with great advice from Martin, who i went back to a few times. Everything organised efficiently. The fitter, Liam, was also great and phoned in the morning to give us an approximate time. house looks great.

The staff there were very very helpful indeed he salesman there david was really good.
Tried to arrange a call back on line, didn't receive one. Phoned this branch to order. It came into stock and they didn't ring to tell me. When I went to collect it wasn't even wrapped in polythene. Just enough parcel tape to stop it unraveling.
