Lovely staff, and very helpful. Ordered and payed for a bed, waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I rang for delivery time, after disposing of my bed, I was told delivery had been cancelled, because the bed have been discontinued. Not the staff in the store's fault, but what a shambles. Won't be shopping with them again

Ordered on 11th July. Still an unfinished job....
Had a stair carpet fitted, not long after noticed that on one of the stairs they had patched it up with two parts that had started to form a gap. I told them and they replaced one stair. Not long after all the threshhold bars split.
Very good service and good prices with great quality. Really pleased
Nice store with friendly and helpful staff.
