Hi there people, Just wanted to inform you of the fact that the staff in here are very impolite. I’m looking at flooring and ask is this all the range of laminate flooring and was told very rudely that there’s flooring sample boards to the left of where I was looking . I actually felt unwanted and ended up leaving the store , as no one was to concerned to help us . No customer services and very ill mannered staff # please carpet right train your staff .

Very good experience would highly recommend this shop, Alex on the phone was very attentive and knowledgeable and even tho were in a lockdown and i couldnt visit the shop he ordered samples for me to view in my own home and i found one i fell in love with so rang the shop back and arranged a video surveyour to help measure then after were told to ring if i wouldlike to go ahead with the order which i did. Wasnt pushy at all and everyone i spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. Loveley Experience and my carpet is being fitted in 2 weeks.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! we were on our way to collect the carpet we had paid for and received a phone call telling us they did not have our carpet and they had sold it to someone else in error!! On arrival to the store your employee who was dealing with us did not even apologise to us, he was not apologetic at all and was rude in manor. We were offered no compensation for their error when asked if we could go up 1-2 per square metre as compensation for their error he was very rude to us and we were told we would be given no compensation at all! He even appeared surprised that we asked the question and remained rude and standoffish! We were absolutely gobsmacked by this poor service. He did not even seem to care when we said we had a carpet fitter booked that we had let down because of their error! If zero stars was an option I would have chose that! I have made a complaint via email and was told I would receive acknowledgement of the complaint within 3 days. It has now been 4 days and I haven't heard a thing! Do not use this company!
