Terrible experience, turned up a week early put this down to a mistake. Then dropped key in for job asked specifically to put key back through letter box once finished needed to give to another person. This was not done. When I inspected work the carpet had been hammered in so hard the brand new plastered and painted walls had had big chunks knocked out of it. I called and addressed this straight away was asked to send photos across which I did straight away and was told key would be dropped off next day. Photos were not even acknowledged and keys still not returned. Chased up was promised a call... nothing. I then chased again to get key and to discuss issues with plaster being knocked out on both stair wells. I have never been spoken to the way I was by the owner of this shop. Just shouted over me could not discuss in a reasonable manner at all. I have been a branch manager for years and I was shocked. Felt very upset after this and not the experience I was looking for. Good customer service skills definitely not a strength wish I had gone with the carpet fitters I had used in the past.

Price wise not bad but the finishing in laying carpet isn't of a good sanded, they didn't put gripper in the width side in the stairs so carpet get lifted up when I vacuum every time in the stairs.
