Carpe Diem is a cozy restaurant. The server was nice and there wasn't a long wait for the food. You have a choice of sitting on the terrace or inside. It was a bit chilly when I went so I ate inside. It is very small but still nice. The food was well prepared. Everyone I was with enjoyed their meal. One complaint was the dried ham on the salad was a bit salty. Another was not all the meals on the menu were available. Overall a good meal.

The best tapa's resraurant near Cergy. The chef is very friendly and love his work. Food is fresh and very tasty. Tapas are various, you will have many to taste. I really love the pasta with cream and ham and the tiramitsu. They advice you good wine with the food. You can always rely on them for advices. I highly recommend it.
