Trillium had to cut some tree limbs to make way for a new building going up behind our property. Chris inspected my trees and assured me that he would not damage our big maple while doing his work. The day of the job a huge limb that had been supported by one removed fell across our yard and was left suspended, balancing on other trees. Even though it would have taken only a few minutes to remedy the situation this company decided to leave it to me to take care of the damages. I had to hire another arborist. He could not believe the mess made of my tree canopy. These people are unprofessional.

Requested some work in July, was told they'd send someone out and provide an estimate, heard nothing for a month so I followed up, was told I was definitely in the queue, it's December now and still haven't received any service from them.
Outstanding service! I called Trillium when a large spruce fell on our roof during a wind storm. They were on site within minutes to assess the damage and the crew followed within the hour and efficienty removed every trace of the damaged tree. Unfortunately, the other two trees were also found to be significantly decayed, so the Trillium crew returned later to remove them. Chris, Rob and everyone I dealt with at Trillium was professional, friendly and informative. The crew worked quickly and efficiently; highly coordinated! Their rates are lower than every other company I have dealt with.
Excellent service from start to finish
Trillium tree serviced many of my neighbours. We waited a few months and finally had our project done last winter. Worth the waiting ! They all are very professional and did a very good job, also had chance to talk to the owner Chris, he is very nice.
