Exceptionnel quality and craftsmanship was provided by all members of the Jorgensen team. They redid our roof and siding on our gable ends at our cottage and the transformation is amazing. Attention to detail, professionalism and pride were evident daily. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality job.

I had a estimate done and they were to do the work the following week. Never heard anything back so I called to inquire and again never heard back. Probably shouldn't hire a company who thinks that a small job isn't worth there time. Oh the owner who does the estimates is very personable but make sure you get it in writing. Any deals made one price and less if it's cash. Would not recommend this company and when I need my roof replaced I'll go elsewhere. Not very professional that for sure guess only certain people's money is valuable hope they realize no matter how long you've been in business dissatisfied is just as important to any business and there are lots who actually care.
Our experience with Jorgensen could not have gone better. Ours was a 2-day job. The crew arrived when they said they would, both days. They cleaned up at the end of the first day, leaving only 2 ladders behind. (They asked me if his was OK.) At the end of the job, my yard was cleaner than it was when they arrived. The work was very professional and the roof looks much better than new. During the job, the crew found some deficiencies in the builder's original roof, which they repaired for no extra cost. I was impressed, also, by the fact that, each time I saw one of the workers on the ground, their first question was to ask me if I had any questions. A new roof is an expensive proposition, so I did my homework before choosing Jorgensen. I'm very glad that I did. I have and will recommend Jorgensen without question to anyone who asks.
