Amazing service! I was referred to GAL directly from Generac to repair and maintain my 26kw whole home generator. Unfortunately it was purchased from another dealer that despite being able to sell, was unable to service it. GAL immediately sent out a tech (Mike), who was fantastic. Mike was on time, had all the parts needed to repair it and in no time had it running perfectly. Mike was fantastic, as was everyone I dealt with at GAL. I strongly recommend them and caution you not to buy a generator from a “dealer” that does not have the capacity to repair or maintain them. GAL is a very professional company and I have been thoroughly impressed. 5 stars all the way. Thanks GAL for keeping my family safe from power outages.
