Canada Post call centers provided wrong information, wasting my time when I travel to a Canada Post Office to find out my item cannot be shipped. When calling in to verify if shipping my laptop to a friend in the US is viable, they happily told me I'm able to ship my laptop with charging accessories and all for a price under 30. Come in office I find that most batteries cannot be shipped with the exception of the battery being under 4 cells (Stated to be a Canada Post rule only). The call center did not ask me any questions to confirm this (A laptop definitely has a battery?).
Love the personal feel. Fast friendly and knowledgeable service, after a couple visits the Post Master remembered and called me by name, now that is personal service!! Keep up the good work. S

Came in with several parcels to mail and didn't even get a greeting. The lady at the front was extremely unpleasant and almost annoyed that I had parcels to mail..I understand it's Christmas time but that is also why I have so many parcels. Its also the purpose of a post office. If the customers behind me didn't mind the wait why was the employee so visably p.o'd at my business? I even went as far as to apologize for having so many parcels and explaining that I had worked for Canada Post in the past and understand how annoying it can get to get so many parcels at once and not even a smile...bah humbug

The lady at the desk is very impatient, and seems to get very agitated when I ask for my parcels, I hate coming to this post office worst service I've ever gotten. I've also lost atlest 6 packages from this post office
