Sebastian, Justin and Matthew did an excellent job installing my new AC, Air Purifier and Humidifier to keep my house at the right humidity during the winter so my hardwood doesn't crack. Duane came to my home to do the quote and was very personable and polite. Vivian and Miriam were excellent setting up the appointments and answering my many questions as I decided which AC, Purifier and Humidifier I wanted, although Duane had already suggested the one I ended up going with. They put the AC on a pad, sitting on some gravel and I have to say, I think my neighbours are envious of my attractive AC. It's very powerful and cools my house down effortlessly and quickly. Can't believe how quiet it is. Thanks, Duane, for running such an excellent business!

Air 1 did work for me twice. Once they replaced the furnace, second time they replaced air conditioning. Each time prices were better than other companies. The furnace works for almost 2 years and it is good. no complaints. Recently they installed air conditioner for better price and it is more efficient, 16 SEER instead of 13 SEER offered by another company for a higher price. Air 1 is a local business without big overheads. They run professionally. In this business it is hard to find a reliable company.
These folks were on time and got the job done in an efficient amount of time. My old furnace was a doozy and they were super professional explaining all of their work. This is a big ticket purchase but now I have a lot of piece of mind going into the freezing cold winter.
Matthew S technician, came in at time when our home had no HOT water for 5 days. he reviewed the situation and identified the problem causing the water heater to trip and he did great job in addressing the issue with a optimized solution with less damage to dry wall. Really appreciate the Matthew's thought process and idea to address the issue.
The service technician was Jordan. He was extremely professional and courteous. He very quickly identified the problems and repaired both perfectly. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him 20.....he was that good. I am 120% satisfied and from this point onward I will never use any other company. Thank you Air1!!! Reba & Richard Giles
