I ordered a casket spray a few days before my wife’s funeral. Although I was only able to give a rough outline of what we wanted, the finished result was exactly as I wished. It was beautiful. A very satisfied customer.

Absolutely recommend them. Belinda is truly customer focused. Her bouquets are always fresh and well put together - delivery has been on time and reliable both to private address an to the Crematorium. I can't fault them. 21/12/2020 added the Christmas table decoration sent to my dear friend - so easy to choose, add gift details and deliver without issue.
I cannot rate this florist any higher than 5* but I would have given it 5* Having contacted them in the morning, seeing that same day delivery would not be possible, they contacted me to discuss flower colour availability and concluded that the would, indeed DID deliver same day. I am so grateful and undoubtedly will be using Carousel Florist again. Many thanks.
