I have no issue with the food as it's always very good and prices are not too bad either. What I do have an issue with is one particular member of staff licking her finger to open a paper bag then using the same hand to pick up the cold pork pies I ordered without the use of tongs or gloves. She then proceeded to use the same hand to handle cash and the till with no hand washing or hand sanitizer in site. This is a no no in my mind at anytime let alone when we are living through the current pandemic. Please sort this out as I do like everything else xx

Called in at 13.28, lady behind counter rolled her eyes at us. I said are you still doing all sandwiches, she replied no as we shut in 2 minutes, oh Google says you don't close until 14.00 and we left, the lady did say sorry as we walked out but unfortunately first impressions are important. Maybe update your times on Google?
Been here a few times since moving in. They have great food at reasonable prices. My daughter loves their breakfast in a box...
Only recently discovered Carols, so lovely to have a proper local bakery. The bread is delicious and we have had a variety of their cookies/patisserie which have all been equally scrummy. Lovely staff, will definitley be back.
Been working in Leeds for 6yrs and whenever we are near Carol's we make a point of calling in for our lunch. Excellent service and quality.
