I spent a life time in Ill fitting high street bra’s, not celebrating my breasts or giving them the credit I now consider they deserve. Shopping for new bra’s were a huge trauma for me as I have larger breasts than I would ideally like. Caroline Randell brought beautiful bra’s into my life 7 years ago and i have literally had a new lease of life. I now have a huge collection of beautiful sets and enjoy them and their contribution to my life on a daily basis. The fact that I walk into the shop and all the assistants are so well trained and helpful makes choosing a new bra a complete joy. I do no thinking other than choosing the set visually and worrying about how much one visit will cost me! , they do the rest. I now walk out with on average 3 sets per visit since I live in Dorset and make sure Caroline Randell is part of my itinerary when visiting London. I no longer keep beautiful sets for best as I have so many now to make me feel special on a daily basis.. Having beautiful bra’s makes me feel beautiful and more confident and is my way of indulging myself. Thank you for being in my life Caroline Randell... you’ve made such a difference to me.

I cannot recommend this lingerie shop more highly. If you enjoy wearing beautifully made lingerie this is the place to go and be spoilt. The lovely ladies in the shop are so professional and help you to buy what is right for you. I also like the fact that they invite us to return old bras in order to recycle them and send them to those in need in other countries. Those of us who live in Wimbledon and very fortunate to have such a beautiful shop nearby!
I love this boutique. I do a round trip of approx 100miles to shop here. I have a bit of a splurge on lingerie and swimwear when I visit. What is fantastic is that the service is so personalised, with records kept, that I can also shop by phone and have items sent to me. The ladies who work here are so knowledgeable and well trained that they are able to select just the right items for me from their lovely stock. The fitting service is exceptional and well above my experiences elsewhere. I am made to feel valued and good about myself even though I am a tricky size and not very young!
I have used this store since it opened quite a few years ago in Wimbledon Village! Even when I moved overseas they would helpfully send my favourite bras over to me. The measuring service is excellent and the staff are discreet, helpful and friendly. They have always assisted me in finding the perfect fit underwear and swimwear from their beautiful range of lingerie. Thank you :-)
