My father has been in this home for a year its is extremely clean,Food and hygiene are amazing i never worry that my fathers hygiene is not being looked after Hw is taken care of by the staff so well they are like family to him and us We had to move him from a home in Eastbourne it was disgusting staff were good but the home needed refurbishment how that was rated so high i never know, Caroline House and staff are easily 5 star rated well done. I would like to thank Claire and Diane and all the staff knowing he is safe through this Cov19 Best wishes Andrew
