Caroline Gent did the catering for our Christmas wedding at Brympton House and we were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and the friendly and professional service. Cooking fillet of beef perfectly for 80 people is no mean feat but they pulled it off with aplomb. Loved that ingredients were locally sourced too. Heartily recommended - thank you!
