Sorry my review is a bit late in being made. Caroline was lovely. After having a dreadful and incredibly unfriendly experience at the Cotswold frock shop, Caroline made the wedding dress fitting a more positive experience. She gave a very professional and friendly service that we will remember. My daughter's dress needed to be made smaller and taken up. She did an excellent job. The Cotswold frock shop told us that the alterations would be in the region of 500. Caroline charged less that half of this. I would highly recommend visiting Caroline for fittings and alterations. She also had some lovely dresses available. We were quite tempted by one of her flower girl dresses. Thanks Caroline for making my daughter's dress experience better.

I first met Caroline at Platinum Brides, Hall Green, when she did the alterations to my wedding dress in March. She immediately put me at ease and my dress was perfect! Then came lockdown and a cancelled wedding. After a somewhat major panic when I found the dress had seemingly shrunk (nothing to do with lockdown weight gain!), Caroline had to rework her magic in an incredibly short timeframe. A miracle she did perform! What a wonderful, talented seamstress she is! After pulling the whole dress apart, she found the magic three inches. I can't describe the feeling when it slid up and fit perfectly once again. I can't thank Caroline enough for saving the day. Highly recommend for all dress making and alterations for special occasions.

Caroline was my light at the end of the tunnel! After an unfortunate (and unpredictable) situation with my Bridal Shop seamstress, Caroline went all out to make sure that I had my dress fixed and fitted ready in time for my wedding at the end of December. She was so lovely and calming (for my mum's peace of mind) and made the experience a lot less stressful than I was imagining it was going to be. I really appreciate everything that she has done for me and I am absolutely in love with my dress! Thank you so much!
