A vindictive organization and not good to do business with. Our order to them was misdelivered by FedEx a block over with a the same street number. Which of course was completely out of our control. We worked tirelessly with FedEx to retrieve the packages and get them redelivered as quickly as possible. The reward for our diligence was Kaival leaving us a horribly negative online review and blaming us for the FedEx mistake. Fairness does not seem to matter here...pettiness prevails instead.
Peaceful and Devine Experience!
