Watch your step Great wee wooded are with lots of different paths. We've seen plenty of red squirrels, mostly earlier in the day. I don't know if that's when they are around or coincidence. Some of the boardwalks over some more boggy areas that had deteriorated have been repaired which is good, but still watch your step. Popular, so it can be quite busy at the weekend. Carnie Woods is also very popular with dogwalkers and the evidence is often, but not always left hanging from twigs, so watch your step.

Parents back garden has a door straight to this forest. Always out with the dogs ! Very large scaled so can spend hours walking around seeing other dogs and animals.

Took my little grandson to see the squirrels. Beautiful peaceful walk. Great for dog walking.

Great place for watching squirrels but people need to be educate about feeding wildlife especially in summer .
