Purchased a Very Low Hour McCormick MC115 Unseen DueTo COVID-19 & Being Extremely Vulnerable Delivery Was Offered & Accepted In The Arrangement Shortly After Delivery We Noticed A Few Oil Leaks & Other Issues Contacted David Walling Who Arranged To Collect The Tractor (& We Are c 125 Miles Away), Investigate & Repair Where Necessary & Return To Us Admittedly The Repairs Took Longer Than We Would Have Liked BUT Communication Was Maintained At All Times & We Did Receive A Full Report Of All The Work Carried Out Tractor Was Duly Delivered Back To Us & Has Been Perfect Since In Conclusion, Problems Can & Will Occur & You Can Only Be Judged By How You Deal With Them. Walling UK Were Very Honourable, Undertook All Repairs & Collection/Delivery At Their Cost. Communication With The MD Was Absolutely Spot On I Would Highly Recommend To Anyone & Will Certainly Contact Them Again For Any Other Tractor We Are In The Market To Purchase Its A Shame Our Local Dealers Aren't So Honourable But That's Their Loss & Walling UK's Gain!
