My Aunt receives excellent care & support from all the professional & caring staff @ this Practice. As her main Carer my role is recognised & supported.
After attending Ash Trees for 50 years and having excess and asthma from birth I now have difficulty getting a repeat prescription for an inhaler , no record of my usage , online only applications Past usage history no doubt lost with IT problems I don’t have internet so can’t comply with online mandate Travel on there and there are huge queues and 3 ladies chatting behind reception Never been required to see an asthma nurse despite being a ventolin inhaler user for 50 yrs Third world levels of organisation from whoever is practice manager not the staffs fault
