The Body Shop used to be great when there was an offer running that could be combined with discounted items. Unfortunately there are so many exclusions these days when an offer is advertised that it's a waste of time and so I feel this is a deserved rating. Add to this other retailers offering similar products at competitive pricing, the place has had its day and I'd shop elsewhere.

Excellent. Beautiful products at half the price of lush. This company is still good at what it originally set out to do. Lovely smells, great products and you can always get a gift here. Nice to buy a little treat for yourself. I love the body butters and banana shampoo.
The staff here are very helpful nothing is to much trouble.
