I suffer with quite bad anxiety and I was treated with so much kindness by the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone (Julia). She put my mind at ease both about my vision and about my appointment. She made sure my partner could come with me to my appointment to put me at ease. 10/10 probably the kindest person I have spoken to in my life! Wonderful service, thank you.

Really shameful standard of optometry and customer care. They get their testing wrong and even give the wrong advice. That should never happen.! My five year old daughter was recently prescribed glasses to be worn throughout the day at a new opticians, due to moving home. I was shocked to be told she is long sighted in both her eyes. I only took her, as she was holding books close to her face while reading. Specsavers, Carmarthen missed this during her eye test a year ago. Plus, I was told she didn’t need another eye test for two years, when it is advisable to have eye tests performed yearly. Staff recently left my elderly father waiting for over an hour and a half for a booked appointment, whilst allowing others to go ahead of him. He walked out in the end. I had told him not to bother going to this opticians, but he didn’t heed my advice. He won’t be going back, following this experience.

Got my eyes tested and was told one of my eyes was too bad to save, then went to a different opticians, got strong glasses and my eyesight is alot better. They can't be bothered to go the extra mile to get it sorted.

Excellent customer service every time, even when they are v busy. Very good styles of glasses at good prices & the after care- if you have an issue with your glasses- They sort it for you.
