I was asked to wait in the car park and was called in at the correct appointment time. I was met at the entrance where my temperature was checked and was given hand sanitizer to use. At the hygienist I was asked to gargle prior to the examination. The treatment was more manual than normal due to the Covid restrictions. I then went to the dentist for the check up. During my visit the all female team looked after me and were friendly an courteous throughout.

Went in to see my new Dentist in Carmarthen for a loose filling. She was great and very informative. Social distancing was at a premium. As usual, the rest of the Staff were very welcoming and efficient.

The new system of protective measures that have been implemented in this setting are excellent, and I felt they both protected myself and the team of professionals who were looking after me during my appointment.
