My internet went down during the storm that we had yesterday and on speaking with an EE broadband gentleman today it was sorted within the hour. Well done EE.
Helpful staff. Good deals.
Amazing staff, there for me when I need my phone back for mental health reasons
Honestly don’t waste your time going in. Having trouble with my brand new phone, 6 staff all stood around chatting, I was the only customer in the store, after 5 minutes one staff member l approached me, didn’t even bother to take a look at my phone before telling me there was nothing he could do (how he knew this without looking at it I have no idea, magic?) and telling me to go home and call the EE call centre. Turns out EE had sent me a broken sim, problem was resolved in 15 minutes over the phone but I would absolutely love to know what the point in the store is. What a wasted journey and absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. How can you argue to save the high street when this is the attitude you get from retail workers. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.
